I recently tried the Dhokla Sandwich at Bikanervala and I must say, it was delicious! The combination of the soft and tangy dhokla with the crispy bread was perfect. The chutneys and spices added just the right amount of flavor to the sandwich. I highly recommend trying this dish if you're a fan of both dhokla and sandwiches.
