I recently tried the mutton Phambi at Yo Tibet and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and flavorful, perfectly cooked and seasoned. I recently tried Thapa Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Veg Thukpa. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables added a great crunch to the dish. The broth was flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. Overall, I highly recommend trying this dish at Thapa Restaurant. I recently tried the Egg Curry with 4 Butter Roti and Chutney from Bombay Kitchen and I must say, I was impressed! The curry was flavorful and the roti was perfectly buttery.
