I recently had the pleasure of dining at KC Soup Bar and was delighted to find a great selection of vegan options on the menu. The highlight was definitely the Veg Lung Fung Soup, which was packed with delicious vegetables and had a flavorful broth. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I appreciate that KC Soup Bar caters to vegans and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and nourishing plant-based meal.
