I recently had the opportunity to try out Aahar Cafe Day and I must say, their Red Sauce Penne Pasta was top-notch! Not only did it have the perfect ratio of pasta to sauce, but the flavors were also well-balanced and delicious. The pasta was cooked al dente and had a nice bite to it. I recently tried the 5 Piece Neer Dosa and Half Egg Gravy at Malnad Cafe and it was delicious! I love that they have vegan options on their menu. The Neer Dosa was soft and perfectly cooked, and the Egg Gravy had just the right amount of spice. It's great to see a restaurant offering both vegan and non-vegan options.
