I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Soundarya and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of healthy and nutritious options they offered. I opted for their Plain Dosa and it did not disappoint. The dosa was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and I appreciated that it was made with whole wheat flour.
