I recently dined at Hotel On Wheels and as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleased to find a variety of options available. The Paneer Tikka was especially delicious, with perfectly cooked paneer and a flavorful marinade. The staff was also accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten-free options.
