I recently visited The Uae - Uptown Arab Eatery and I must say their Azerbaijan Lamb Soup was absolutely delicious! The spice level was just right, adding the perfect kick to the flavorful broth. As a lover of spicy food, I was impressed with how well-balanced and authentic the flavors were. The lamb was tender and cooked to perfection, adding a perfect texture to the soup.
