I recently dined at Hotel Aksaraa and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Chilli Gobi with Veg Fried Rice was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I was happy to find this option on the menu. The restaurant even offers a variety of other vegan dishes. The staff was also very accommodating and the ambiance was great. Highly recommend Hotel Aksaraa for their amazing vegan options!
