I recently visited Kailash Parbat and was thrilled to see their extensive vegan options. I ordered the Pani Puri and was blown away by the flavorful combination of tangy pani and crispy puris. I recently visited Insta Chaat and had the Sev Puri, which was absolutely delicious. The crispy puris were topped with a flavorful blend of chutneys, onions, tomatoes, and sev. The balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors was perfect, and the dish was beautifully presented. It was evident that the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Overall, I highly recommend trying the Sev Puri at Insta Chaat for a satisfying and flavorful experience.
