As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I always appreciate hotels that have options for me. That's why I was excited to try the Mushroom Fried Rice at Akshaya Hotel. I must say, it did not disappoint! The rice was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms added a delicious earthy flavor. I loved how it was gluten-free without compromising on taste.
