I recently visited Darbar Cooldrinks and was delighted to find that they offered several vegan options. I decided to try the Panner Fried Rice with Finger Chips, and it did not disappoint! The rice was perfectly cooked and the paneer had a great texture. I loved that the finger chips were also vegan-friendly. As someone who focuses on plant-based options, I highly recommend this dish. The staff was also very accommodating and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning for more delicious
