We brew our tea concoction by adding crushed cardamom [elaichi] and our in house high quality tea leaves into hot boiling water for good time to induce the flavor. It is topped with some milk and sugar to give you that sweet flavored tea. Aroma is beautiful.

Sulaimani Tea

Sulaimani tea is a sweet sour tea made from black tea and served without any milk. It is brewed to a pure golden colour with sugar and a daub of lemon. We also add in hint of cloves, cardamom and cinnamon topped with a tulsi/basil leaf.

We brew our tea concoction by adding grated ginger and our in house high quality tea leaves into hot boiling water for good time to induce the flavour. It is topped with some milk and sugar to give you that perfect inji/ginger tea. Good for sore throat and cold.

Our masala is made by the age old recipe passed by our grandmother. We grind the dry spices [elakka, patta, lavangam, krambu] in the authentic way and add it to our concoction to brew a flavourful tea. Its very good for the throat and cold.
