Less chicken, kebab masala is not even sufficient for t mix ,I am fan manis briyani, but disappointing since briyani is so plain wit no taste

I ordered chicken kabab biriyani seeraga Samba rice, but I got basmati rice. I don't eat basmati rice at all, my body does not digest basmati rice well, that's the reason I prefer seeraga samba, but you gave me basmati rice biriyani. I request a refund or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience you caused me.

The same masala they use for paneer biriyani. But paneer biriyani tastes better. So next time I'd buy paneer biriyani rather than veg biriyani.

Poor taste. I will not order again. Also this hotel charges 20 rupees for packing but doesn't send spoons and tissues. How will anyone eat on the go without spoons? This is literally stealing from the customer.
