I recently dined at Cloud Burst and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options. As someone who follows the Paleo lifestyle, I appreciate when restaurants cater to my dietary preferences. I tried their Crispy Fried Chicken Steak and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender and the coating was perfectly crispy. I also appreciated the use of healthier, Paleo-friendly ingredients. I highly recommend this dish for anyone following a Paleo diet.
