● This Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay would be accepted at Bath & Body Works stores only.
● Gift Voucher/e-Pay CAN be used during the Sale.
● The GV can be converted into e-Pay, as per the convenience of the holder.
● Multiple GVs can be clubbed and added to an e-Pay balance.
● E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full as partial redemption is not allowed.

● The Apparel group, GyFTR, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
● In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
● Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company?s decision shall be final.
● The Apparel group or GyFTR may terminate or suspend Apparel group GV/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
● The Apparel group or GyFTR reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the GV/e-Pay at any time.
