I recently tried the Courtallam Border Parotta and was blown away by their Saalna Parotta dish. The parotta itself was perfectly flaky and the saalna curry had just the right amount of spice. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and authentic the dish tasted. I had to order a second serving because it was just that good. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a spicy kick in their meal.
