I recently tried the Ghee Tadka Khichdi from a new restaurant and I was blown away by the unique combination of Roasted Garlic and Palak (spinach) in the dish. The khichdi was cooked to perfection and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The garlic added a nice depth to the dish while the palak gave it a refreshing twist. Overall, a must-try for those who enjoy experimenting with new flavors in their khichdi. Highly recommended!
