Pizzas and kinds of pasta which are their signature dishes have managed to assert their mainstay on the menu, but the Indian and international fare at the buffet spread is equally scrumptious. I recently visited 601 - The Park and I have to say, their Mushroom and Cheese Omelette was absolutely delicious. The omelette was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy texture and just the right amount of cheese. The mushrooms added a delicious earthy flavor to the dish and I could tell they were fresh. As someone who loves Japanese cuisine, I was impressed by the quality and taste of this dish. I highly recommend giving it a try, whether you're a sushi lover or not

601 - The Park served me a delicious Toasted Focaccia Caprese sandwich. It was nicely toasted and the cheese was creamy. The presentation was flawless and the taste was really good. I would definitely recommend the place for dessert lovers.
