I recently tried the Egg Biryani at Hotel Vivetha and I must say, it was delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked and the eggs were tender and flavorful. The spices used were spot on, not too overpowering but enough to give the dish a good kick. The portion size was generous and the service was impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend giving this dish a try at Hotel Vivetha.
