I recently discovered Madras BLD and I must say, the Mutton Kari Dosa was exceptional. As someone who loves spicy food, this dish did not disappoint. The spice level was just right, giving it the perfect kick of heat. The dosa itself was crispy and filled generously with mutton curry.
