I recently visited Ponnusamy Hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find keto-friendly options on the menu. I tried the Nattu Kozhi Soup and it was delicious! The broth had a rich and satisfying flavor, perfect for someone following the Keto diet. I also appreciated that the restaurant uses fresh and natural ingredients. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shero Home - Sambar, Poriyal & Rasam, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they have a variety of healthy and nutritious options, but their Poondu Rasam was absolutely delicious! The 450ml serving was just the right amount and packed with a perfect balance of flavors.
