I recently visited Lakshmi Coolbar's and I was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I was delighted to find that they offer a wide variety of vegan dishes. I especially enjoyed the curd rice, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of tanginess. The service was also excellent and the ambiance was lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for delicious vegan options.
