I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and was pleasantly surprised by their menu that offered delicious vegan options. I recently dined at Anardana: Modern Kitchen & Bar and was blown away by their Dum Biryani Veg dish. The flavors were spot on and the texture of the rice was perfect.
