I recently tried out JC Da Dhaba and was pleasantly surprised by their Paneer Paratha. The homemade style of cooking truly shines in this dish, with the Paneer being perfectly cooked and seasoned. The paratha itself was also cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crispiness and fluffiness.
