I recently visited Dosa Plaza and was delighted to find that they had a wide range of vegan options on their menu. I tried the Garlic Roast Dosa with cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The dosa was perfectly crispy and the combination of garlic and cheese was fantastic. As a vegan, it can be tough to find good cheese substitutes, but Dosa Plaza definitely nailed it. I recently tried out Annapurna Rasoi and was blown away by their Jeera Aloo dish. The potatoes were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice and the flavors were absolutely amazing.
