I recently dined at Chatore Ambala Wale and as someone who prefers gluten-free options, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. Their Golgappe Bharwa is a must-try and definitely lived up to the hype. As for their gluten-free choices, I highly recommend their dal makhani and chole. The taste was on point and the staff was also knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Overall, a great experience for anyone with dietary restrictions and a foodie
