I recently visited Kalsang and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Paleo diet options on their menu. I tried their Jjamppong, a spicy Korean seafood noodle dish, and it was delicious. I recently visited Tenzin Tibet Kitchen and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The pan fried veg thenthuk was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The dry texture of the dish was spot on and added a nice crunch to each bite.
