I recently tried the Poori with Sabji at Brijwasi and I must say, it was a delight for my taste buds. The four fluffy pooris were perfectly cooked and paired perfectly with the spicy and flavorful sabji. As someone who loves spicy food, I was impressed with the level of heat in the dish.
