I recently dined at Panjabi Rasoi and was pleasantly surprised by their Aloo Paranthas served with curd. The paranthas were soft, crispy and filled with well-seasoned potatoes. The curd added a refreshing touch to the dish. As someone who loves ordering sushi and Japanese cuisine, I was hesitant to try the Aloo Paranthas, but they definitely exceeded my expectations.
