I recently ordered breakfast from Vyas Ji and I must say, their Papdi dish is fantastic! The crunchy texture and savory flavors were a perfect way to start my day. I recently tried the Masala Dosa at Bikaner Bhujia Bhandar and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were well-balanced and the dosa was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The filling had just the right amount of spiciness and the chutney and sambar were the perfect accompaniments.
