I recently visited Paris Bakery and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option for dessert - their pineapple cake. As a person with dietary restrictions, this was a huge relief and the cake did not disappoint. The texture was light and fluffy, and the pineapple flavor was refreshing and not too overpowering. I recently visited 99 Bakers Street and tried their Vanilla Pastry, and it was absolutely delicious! The pastry was perfectly flaky and the vanilla flavor was spot on. It was a perfect balance of sweetness and richness. The presentation was also top-notch, making it a delightful treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. 99 Bakers Street definitely knows how to make a great pastry. I highly recommend giving their Vanilla Pastry a try if you ever find yourself at this restaurant.
