I recently tried out The Taste of Kerala Dosa Day and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Vada Sambar. The vadas were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly complementing the flavorful sambar. The restaurant itself had a cozy ambiance and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu. Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem for a taste of authentic Kerala cuisine.
