I recently tried the Madhav Rajasthani Dal Baati and I must say, the baati was excellent! It had the perfect balance of crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The dal was also full of flavour and complimented the baati very well. As someone who loves spicy food, I was impressed by the spice level in this dish.
