I recently ordered from Paltan Misthan and tried their Kalakand. I have to say, it was one of the best Kalakand I have ever tasted! The texture was soft and creamy, and the sweetness was just right. As a sushi lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Kalakand at this Japanese restaurant. I couldn't resist sharing my experience on social media. I highly recommend trying their Kalakand if you ever visit Paltan Misthan.
