I recently visited Royal Rajpurohit Sweets and was pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free options on their menu. I opted for the Dal with Bati and Churma and it was absolutely delicious. The bati was perfectly crispy and the dal was flavorful and not too spicy. But the real star of the dish was the churma, a gluten-free sweet made from wheat flour, which was the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The staff was also very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and accommodating.
