I recently tried the Stick Malai Kulfi at Natural Ice Cream and it was a delightful gluten-free treat. To make this :

First, take pan leaves, chop them into small pieces. Then, grind them along with gulkand and saunf.

Then, take a scoop of naturals malai icecream, add prepared pan mixture along with ice cubes and grind it well.

Finally, add a layer of chia seeds, seviyan, prepared paan mixture, top it with naturals malai icecream, dry rose and chopped dry fruits.

Serve it and enjoy ✨❤️

I tried the viral Rasmalai Tiramisu with Naturals Malai Ice Cream and it was soo good. You must make this for your Diwali party too!

Ingredients:
Lady finger biscuits 7-8
Malai Ice Cream - 5-6 scoops
Kashmiri Saffron 10-12 strands
Mascarpone cheese - 1/4 cup
Rasmalai 5 pcs
Chopped pistachios 2 tbsp
Dried rose petals 1 tsp
Method -
1. ��Mix 2 scoops of malai ice cream with the saffron.
2. ��Dip the lady finger biscuits in this mixture.
3. Whip up the mascarpone cheese with 3 scoops of malai ice cream until smooth.
4. ��Chop the rasmalai into smaller pieces.
5. ��Layer them alternately.
6. ��Top it up with some more rasmalai, dried rose petals and chopped pistachios
7. ��Serve chilled & enjoy!
