I recently discovered Oye Punjabi and as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised by their menu. One dish that stood out to me was the Kaju Peshawari Masala. Not only was it gluten-free, but also incredibly delicious. The blend of spices and flavors was spot on, and the cashews added a nice crunch to the dish.
