I recently visited Vikas Restaurant and was delighted to find that they offered vegan options on their menu. I ordered the Matka Biryani and it was amazing! The flavors were rich and the portion size was perfect. What impressed me even more was the fact that they use fresh and locally sourced vegetables in their dishes. I truly appreciate restaurants that cater to a plant-based diet and Vikas Restaurant did not disappoint. I highly recommend trying their vegan options, especially the delicious Matka Biryani.
