I recently visited Shalimar Hotel and had the pleasure of trying their Mutton Biryani. As a person who loves to try different cuisines, I was delighted to find that the biryani was cooked perfectly with tender pieces of mutton and aromatic spices. The flavors were balanced and the portion size was generous. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the service was excellent.
