I recently ordered from Punjabi Andaaz Chullah and I couldn't resist ordering their homemade lite khichdi served with kadi. The dish was delicious and had the perfect balance of spices. The presentation was impressive, with the khichdi and kadi served in a traditional earthen pot. The khichdi was cooked to perfection, with each grain of rice and lentil retaining its texture.
