I recently had the pleasure of trying out Bun Makkhan Chai and I have to say, the Bun Jam & Makhan really stood out to me. The bun was soft and fluffy, while the jam was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. The makhan added a creamy richness to the dish, making it a perfect lunch option.
