I recently tried the Kali Mirch Chaap at The Second Affair and I must say, it was delicious! As a person who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of heat and flavour in this dish. The chaap was cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy pieces of meat coated in a rich and spicy black pepper gravy.
