I recently visited Rajdhani Dhaba and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered vegan options on their menu. I decided to try their Chola Chawal and it was delicious! I recently tried the Veg Noodles at Chai Ganj and I must say, they were delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked and had a great variety of veggies mixed in.
