A completely natural and refreshing drink made by inoculating ginger tea with a "ginger bug", a slurry of fresh ginger, organic sugar and water that has been allowed to ferment until bubbly and foamy. A squeeze of fresh lemon rounds off and balances this spicy ginger drink and brings out great undertones and nuances of the lovely ginger root.
