made a bruschetta sandwich with some fresh mozzarella and sourdough bread from @brikovenblr ?

honestly so amazing, that cheese pull was 100% my favourite part.

how i made it:

chopped up some basil leaves & cherry tomatoes
added olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and everything bagel seasoning to it
cut up 3-4 slices of the mozz
toasted 2 pieces of sourdough bread

(if u saw this before pls be a friend and act like you didn't tysm ur awesome have the best day)
