I recently tried Asia Kitchen By Mainland China and I have to say, their Chicken & Straw Mushroom Siu Mai dish was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the texture of the dumplings was just right. I loved the combination of chicken and straw mushrooms, it was a unique and tasty twist on traditional siu mai. I recently ordered lunch from Geist Brewing Taproom and tried their Smoked Chilli Chicken dish. I must say, it was delicious!
