I recently tried the Methi Paratha at Rajasthani Dhaba and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The paratha was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of methi in it. The side of curd and pickle elevated the flavors even more. What impressed me the most was the presentation - the paratha was beautifully placed on a traditional Rajasthani plate.
