I recently visited Bombay Special Street Food and was blown away by their Mint Mayonnaise Vada Pav. The combination of the crispy vada and creamy mint mayo was absolutely delicious. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleased to find that the spice level was just right. The flavours were authentic and took me back to the streets of Bombay.
