Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Ordering Again! I ordered the Veg Thali from The Handi Crust, expecting a decent meal, but what I received was nothing short of disgusting garbage. First off, the quality was pathetic and the quantity was laughable – a total rip-off. The Dal Makhni looked like someone just threw a spoon of dal into a bowl of dirty water. There was no flavor, no texture – just a watery, bland mess. Calling it Dal Makhni is an insult to the dish. The so-called 3 chapatis were smaller than a damn saucer and thinner than tissue paper. They were rubbery, cold, and felt like they were made yesterday. Honestly, I’ve had better food in a railway station canteen. Everything in the thali was either stale, smelly, or just completely inedible. The vegetables were tasteless mush,and the overall packaging smelled like it had been sitting out in the heat for hours. It was so bad I had to throw it all away after one bite – that too with regret. This is not food – it’s an insult to Indian cuisine. Don’t fall for their fake menu or pictures. Save your money and your stomach – The Handi Crust is a disaster.
