NH8's Rajasthani Dal Bati Churma is a must-try dessert! The batis are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the dal is rich and flavorful. The churma adds a touch of sweetness to balance out the flavors. The presentation is top-notch, making it a treat for the eyes as well as the taste buds. I recently had a meal at NH8 and the Mixed Veg Soup was wonderful! It had a great flavor that thoroughly satisfied my appetite. Highly recommended!
